I shall divide my experience at roots in two sections of Pre and post interview calls. Pre-interview calls - Roots was a big help to me personally in more than one way. Beginning with the material and personal attention (which is THE most important aspect); the best thing that I received was that the mock papers were very relevant and if I may say, the closest to the CAT final paper from amongst other institutes. Post-interview calls - The GDPI session was an immense learning experience in terms of personal behavior and general awareness as well.

I would definitely like to thank TeamRoots for the immense help and moral support provided. It has been a pleasure interacting with the faculties, who have been a source of inspiration for me as well as many other CAT aspirants who wish to seek admissions into the prestigious business schools. I know that I can come back to Roots for all types of mentorship and guidance. The interactions have definitely helped me build on my strengths and grow as a person.

Before Roots, I can't remember the last time when the thought of going to class got me excited. Only after going through the sessions I began to understand what "your personalized path to success" really means. I can say it without a shred of doubt, from the insightful discussions in the class, personalized assessment of mock-tests, and PDP sessions at Roots are the best that anyone can offer. The vast knowledge of the faculty added to the stress on "knowing yourself, knowing why you were doing what you were" made a winning pair. All the sessions had a distinct focus on "seeking answers within, and discovering your own self," rather than trying to manufacture answers. It was this 'focus' on the right thing, which made all the difference. Add to that the incisive, objective and most importantly - prompt feedback. I am sure Roots will someday achieve its mission of being the most trusted provider of educational services: I already believe it is!

At roots it's not only about preparing yourself to crack an exam, it was about equipping yourself to think about a problem, dealing with new situations, learning from point of view of enriching yourself & adding value to yourself rather than trying to learn a tailor made formula to succeed in any MBA examination. Roots shows you why MBA is important and also why it's not the end of the road. What I liked about roots is the personal attention and bonding it shares with every student, it is quite unbelievable to say the least and this relationship goes beyond your preparation days. At Roots you get a teacher, a guide, a friend, a mentor all for a life time.
Roots has set its standard so high that things like study material, faculty, methodology don't need my testimony.

Apart from having this great learning experience, I am very happy to have interacted with such a knowledgeable and supportive faculty at Roots. I found the English (RC part) and DI (especially fast calculation part) section for written test and GD/PI sessions for final stage especially helpful during my preparations for CAT 2006.
